The staff were unbelievably helpful and friendly, making our stay super enjoyable. The location was great, close to the city centre and transportation, although a bit far from the beaches. The internet was mind-blowingly fast and the cleanliness of the rooms and communal areas was jaw-dropping. The service overall was superb, with towels changed daily and assistance available anytime. The quick and convenient commute from the airport was an added bonus. We couldn't believe the value for money we received compared to hotels in the UK.

Everything was good, including nice staff and magnificent location easy to get to from the ferry. The room was spotless with exceptionally comfortable beds as requested. Plus we had central heating, multi-channel television, and a writing desk. We had a good stay, really enjoyed the place and will come back.

The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, making it easy to explore the area. It's also conveniently close to the train station and has plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Furthermore, it is easily accessible from the ferry, making it a convenient option for travelers arriving by boat.

The hotel lacks certain amenities such as a fridge in the room and included breakfast. However, these minor inconveniences did not greatly impact the overall experience.

The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and were always ready to assist. The room was spacious, clean, and had a modern design. I loved having a balcony with chairs and a table for relaxing and enjoying some wine. The location was perfect, with easy access to buses and just a short walk to the city center. Additionally, the parking garage was conveniently located next door.

Fantastic staff, extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. The best value for money hotel we've ever stayed at, with super clean and comfortable rooms. The location was perfect with key attractions within walking distance. We also appreciated the staff's effort in finding us a last-minute accommodation during the busy Christmas period.

The lack of soundproofing between rooms was a major drawback as we could hear everything from the next-door room, making it feel like we had an extra person staying with us. the bathroom was dated and had some issues, such as a broken shower bar and a strange configuration of the bathroom door.

I had an amazing stay at Hostal Del Carmen! The location was perfect for exploring, and the room was cleaned meticulously every morning. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the hotel is centrally located, close to the train station and all the bars and restaurants. I even got a bigger room than expected. Plus, the pet fee for my three dogs was only €10, which is a great deal compared to other places. I couldn't believe the value for money I got at this hotel.
